Hi, The photo scenery was made from imagery downloaded from the USGS Server at seamless.usgs.govFor FSX it is fairly simple to create the photo scenery - If you download it from USGS you must reproject the imagery in to WGS84 datum with a program such as Global Mapper. After that you simply set up an .INF file as follows and drop it on to your resample.exe tool that comes in the FSX SDK. [Source] Type = GeoTIFF SourceDir = "C:\xxxx\My Documents\FlabobX\Photoscenery\Part 1" SourceFile = "photo_1.tif" Layer = Imagery Variation = Day NullValue = 255,255,255
[Destination] DestDir = "C:\xxxx\My Documents\FlabobX\Photoscenery\Part 1" DestBaseFileName = "Flabob_IMG1" DestFileType = BGL LOD = Auto
Thanks for the feedback and if you need anymore help feel free to post again.

Sorry for my lack of knowledge , are there any required coordinate entries to be made in the file to position the image?

If it is a GeoTIFF image the coordinates are already embedded and the FSX resample tool will use that.
Otherwise if you do not, then yes you will have to specify the coordinates along with some other information.
If you have the FSX SDK, check out Terrain SDK information - it will give you all of the required information for the INF file.
Here's an excerpt from an INF file which shows how you will need to set it up if it is not a GeoTIFF image.
Type = BMP Layer = Imagery SourceDir = "SourceData" SourceFile = "variation1.bmp" ULXMAP = -122.308 ULYMAP = 0 XDIM = 4.27484E-05 YDIM = 4.27484E-05 Variation = Day
